Well if I could only give 1 peice of advice it would have to be take each day as it comes!!!

I find that life is easier if I dont look too far ahead and anticipate the anxiety things done on the spur of the moment are easier

i think to combat some of the symptoms of panic
chewing gum and bottle of water for dry mouth
ipod with some of your fav music to have something to focus on
and sunglasses to hide behind in the summer and in the winter a big giant hood

they are a few of my coping strategies, hope this is the kinda thing you are looking for
