Could this be ovulation pain?

Hi there, me and my boyfriend were dry humping two days ago and when I went home I used the bathroom and found red streaks in my discharge. Then the next day I had cramps on one side that feels like period cramps and when I went to wipe there was a spot of blood and it scared me. Now my last period was the 20th of July and the last day of it was the 23rd. Now idk if this is ovulation or not. I'm still having these cramps. I am a virgin and we never had sex so what could this be?

It could be ovulation spotting or it could be as a result of an orgasm. Sometimes women will have spotting following an orgasm as the cervix is bumped. The cramping does sound as if it's the result of ovulation.
