Hello and help with travel anxiety!

Hi, my name is Lexi and I've suffered from panic and anxiety for over 20 years. Paxil has been my lifesaver, however, lately I've been having a lot of breakthrough anxiety. My family and I are traveling to Greece in a week, and I'm totally overwhelmed with travel anxiety. To the point where I don't want to go. Any words of wisdom would be appreciated!
