    The important parts are the [ quote ] and [ /quote ]

    Note that I had to put spaces round it or it wouldn't show up on here as it would be taken as a quote!

    So you must leave the [ quote ] at the start of the text and the [ /quote ] at the end so you can just deleted the text that you don't want in between those bits.

    If you want to multi-quote the text then just type in [ quote ] text text text [ /quote ] without the spaces of course and where "text text text" can be the copied text from the post you are quoting.

    Does that make sense?

    You may have noticed 3 buttons in the bottom right hand corner of messages that you are reading. They look like this;

    Explanation;

    This one will take you to the Reply Box with a quote from the particular message you clicked the icon.

    ---------------------------------------------------------

    This one will allow the Multi-Quote feature. When you click it, it will turn red. You can then move onto another post and click the icon again. Each post you click this icon, will provide a quote in your reply box. Once you have selected all the posts you want to quote, click the 'Add Reply' button at the bottom left of the last post.

    --------------------------------------------------------

    This is just if you want to compose a 'Quick Reply'. It won't give you the options for Emoticons, Fonts, Colours etc etc.

    --------------------------------------------------------

    Once you have your quote in the reply box, as Nic said, the quotes will be surrounded by [ quote ] at the beggining and [ /quote ] at the end.

    Feel free to test this as much as you want in the SandBox area of the Forum. This can be found by clicking Here!

    That's a very good feature, didn't realise you could do that, thanks for explaining it

    Hello everyone! So when I first made my post here. However as time went on I noticed that the contact only last through two letters if best. For me I like a commitment since I would like to develop a friendship with my penpal. I'm curious to see if I'm not the only one in this situation. Did any of you guys run into a similar problem? It can be incredibly frustrating when this happens. If you didn't have any problems I would like to hear your success stories.
