Relaxation/Yoga CD's/Tapes

Does anybody know where I can but tapes or cd's with relaxation or yoga instructions on them. I have one which I use but it is getting a bit repetitive. I find it hard to make myself do a relaxation session without someone giving me instructions as on my own I rush it too much.

I can supply an address for the one I have if anyone is interested.

hi caroline. No Panic web site has CD's Tapes etc on relaxation and other things and are pretty cheap too, I have more addresses and will let u have them when i find them Take Care Vernon
