I have had 4 EKGs , holter monitor , and echocardiogram. All came back normal. Holter showed some palpitations but Dr said they were not worrisome. I am still feeling dizzy off and on, and palpitations (mostly at night when trying to fall asleep). I thought I would feel amazing if the tests all came back ok, but I still cannot shake the feeling something is really wrong. I don't know why I am still having palpitations, it is freaking me out. Can palpitations really be ok? I keep thinking that palpitations mean I have something wrong with my heart. I am so exhausted from all of this, this has been the worst month of my life.

and yes they are normal for some people. Apparently I have them but don't even feel them.

Yes, palpitations can really be okay. They still suck, though.

Studies show at least one premature beat per day in 1 in 5 newborns and this increases to 1 in 2 by the mid-teens. You can be young, fit and still get skips.

Most people don't feel them, though.
