Anyone losing more hair on this med

I'm worried I'm going to go bald. Please tell me it will grow back! My hair is so thin now and it's only been 6 months :-(

It's more likely as a result of stress than it is the citalopram. I lost a lot of hair at first but it has all grown back now and my doctor said hair loss is very common with anxiety and stress but always grows back once the problem has been resolved

Yes, that's exactly what I said to my doctor. It's like the hair loss you get after having a baby!
