Ocular Migrane (visual Disturbances)

Hi , ive just found out I have been suffering with ocular migranes, (a migrane without a headache). All I get is the visual disturbances then panic.
Please read my post on the medication board called "where do i begin"....
saves me writing it all out again.

ive been getting them to , but I'm so scared I'm really struggling :( can it hurt my vision permently? has it hurt yours?
