Strange blurry vision

Hello there
I have been on Sertraline 50mg for 4 days now, I was originally on fluxotine 20mg for a week but my gp changed it to Sertraline due to the intrusive thoughts, I'm not sure straight into 50mg is the way to go but that is what she prescribed, I know it take a while to get into your system, but the last few days my anxiety levels seem to be worse, not saying its the meds, but the thing that really freaks me out is this strange blurry tunnel feeling when I wake, its like I am in a fog or not quite in the real world, it last for a couple of hours and seems to get better, I am just wondering if this is purely down to my anxiety or anything to do with the meds, please dont tell me anything scary, as every little thing seems to be setting me of into a panic these day.

I've had blurry vision as well. I've noticed my eyes dilate and take extra time to re focus when i go from outside to inside. I'm on week 3 right now.

Blurry vision is very common with anxiety and ssri's. Also, common with anxiety are ocular migraines. I wouldn't worry about the blurriness too much right now. It will most likely pass.
