Pulsing heartbeat in ear *trigger warning*

Ok so I've had this for about a month. Every now and then I hear my heartbeat in my ear, like it's exactly the sound and beat of my heart rate, like my heart is beating in my ear..... it's only in my left ear too, I've just read online that a woman had a whooshing sound in her ear and ringing and it turned out she had masses on her brain that could at any minute burst and kill her..... cue the terrible anxiety. It didn't bother me before until I've just seen this and now I'm thinking I've got the same............. so yeah I'm mayorly freaking out now

I get this all the time especially when I'm anxious and focused on all the little sensations my body gives out.

I have it too and have had for years. My dr said it's a form of titinus and nothing to worry about, just annoying
