You will find that most anxiety disorders are variations on the same underlying process

so while it doesn't specifically deal with emetophobia it will certainly help with understanding how anxiety arises and how it is maintained and will give you many ways to cope with anxiety symptoms - it will also give you more insight into the CBT process

The books are extremely easy to read - they are illustrated throughout with cartoons - so you can go through each book quite quickly

Better to go through this programme than scare yourself with Dr Google :-)
