Where did you get it from? If you really can't overcome this fear, return the shirt and get a refund. You can then buy another one. I do this all the time, but for different OCD thoughts.

I opted to buy a new shirt and return the old one tomorrow hopefully it eases my anxiety ..

I'm worried about when I have a family it would like pull washing out the basket and I would have to throw stuff away as the towels could have toilet germs in it and the towels are wet so either I have to not get towels wet, maybe get a wash basket with a lid and pin it down or keep existing one but I'm not sure what would happen if they would be in at wash baskets? It's in my spare room don't have anywhere else for it..
