I feel moreso than lately I've been having randomized fatigue and dizziness. The dizziness has been an issue that I've dealt with in the past, to the point that I went to the hospital to have an MRI done and have seen specialists about it. The fatigue is also a chronic issue, but moreso lately, with bouts of fatigue hitting me quite hard overall out of nowhere, or seemingly nowhere.
I have posted this here before, but I have had so many tests done over the years for many things, these things included. EKGs, Echocardiograms, Stress Test, bloodwork and much more. I have had too many tests and have seen too many medical professionals over the years to count. I am just at my wits end here.
Lately these bouts of dizziness and fatigue have been quite brutal. Like today, I was walking around about to head to the bathroom and I felt like I was going to fall over. Other times I will sit at my desk and get so tired that I don't even want to sit at my computer desk.
This resonates with me in my mind that it is my heart. Lately I've had some palpitations at times and chest tension - symptoms I've had before that all have been cleared. Scary, but safe.
The only thing that I think may be slightly problematic is that my Psych recently gave me Adderall. 5mg 2x or 3x a day, which is a very small dosage. But without it I can barely think straight and it makes me anxious. For example, sometimes my mind will "loop" a thought when I cannot think straight and I get frustrated. To make it a bit more relatable, think of someone trying to do the alphabet, but when they get to the letter "K" they cannot remember the rest, so they start over, and it happens again at that point or another point. That's how I feel, but with actual thoughts.
