Hi,

I'm a 25 year old female from Singapore. Who's sick and tired and desperate to kick anxiety in the ass (but failing miserably).

Some of my symptoms would be:
Tightness in chest
Short of breath
Cold sweat
Loss of appetite
Feeling light-headed
Trouble swallowing my saliva
Trouble sleeping


Looking for e-mail/snail mail pals because half the time, I feel like writing distracts me from my symptoms and I feel marginally better after that. Or if you'd like, we could chat on any other social media platform. If anyone's in the same shoes and need a pal to talk to, I practically have more than enough time on my hands.
