I've been having some coughing and a sore throat and now I saw on side of tongue there's a white patch and I see on google it said oral cancer but I hope not. Does it sound like oral cancer what else could it be

Google would tell you flatulence is a sign of cancer for goodness sakes! OC just doesn't happen that way.
