What Do You See When U Panic ?

1) Every thing goes blurrey.
2) Everything goes dizzy.
3) Things seem to move SUDDENLY,wobbling or flickering, moving objects ).
4) I get a tunnel vision with darkness around the edge of my vision.
5) My head feels heavy and weighted to one side (like its pulling me over).
6) I get visual problems then I panic.
7) I get panic then I get visual problems.

SHOULD OF DONE THIS AS A POLL .
I get alot of these symptoms especailly the blurrey and dizzyness sometime with the floor moving ect. I feel I get Visual disturbances first then panic.
Sometimes I get tunnel vision and the out side of my vision is very blurrey.

i also see the floor moving etc, i have also seen rows of numbers and letters moving along my walls, i have also seen a passenger aeroplane outside my window, these have been the worst things i have seen when i panic, which tend to make the panic worse.
i don't get tunnel vision though thankfully.

i get pretty much the same as you mirry... plus everything seems to look really far away... does that make sense??? actually none of it bl**dy makes sense to me anyway so forget that... hee hee

What do you see when u panic?

I see a robber running away with my pringles!!!

Now for a proper answer;

1. I feel a hot sense of impending horror starting somewhere in my middle.

2. I then immediately feel outside of myself - like I am in a film and I am watching me from the outside. So mamamoth depersonalisation there.

3. I feel like I may not be able to breathe and a great desire to burst into tears.

4. I want to run and find somewhere where no one can see me till I get my composure back - or the robber returns the pringles (whichever is the sooner)!!!

i get dizzy and feel fient and be sick

I first get what i call my funny head (dizzy etc) then i feel as though i am falling sideways when infact i'm still up straight, then my legs will go weak and the floor appears to come up and hit me, go all hot and sweatyt and so on and so on and so on ............... is there no end to all this

I get very blurry vision and feel unreal. I also feel like i am at the end of a long tunnel and i am far away in the distance. I get dizziness and a kind of swaying in my head, like my brain is floating. Weird!

I too get blurry vision like going into a tunnel and feel dizzy and feel I need to run away and find something to support me coz my stomach and my legs don't seem strong enough to support me. Sometimes the ground feels that it is moving beneath me and I feel totally off balance and I can' focus on anything.
