is there such a thing ?

as a pill that helps take away some of my anxiety,
that doesnt have nasty side effects,
    that isnt addictive,
that doesnt lower my blood pressure (like propranalol does )

IF SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TELL ME ITS NAME .

As Joy said Mirry, a pill that does all those things would be fantastic but it isn't likely to materialise soon.

Drug companies make huge amounts of money from manufacturing anti depressants, tranquillisers etc so that ONE pill would not be in there interest financially.

On a personal note I take anti depressant called Prothiaden and it has helped my mood a lotl I also take an anti psychotic drug called Seroquel and that helps to dampen down my thoughts when my mind is racing.

    Take care

I think it all depends on the person-different drugs do different things to different people. I've taken two meds-seroxat and cymbalta and had no side effects whatsoever, for which I'm really really grateful. The only thing you can do is try them and find out. I'm guessing alternative remedies might fit the bill as they're non-addictive, shouldn't lower blood pressure and have such drastic side effects.
