I've used St John's Wort successfully in the past - you can buy it from most health food stores but you need to watch/compare the amount of active ingredient in them as you don't always get what you pay for.

The SJW helped me by "alleviating my moods" as they say - made me feel a whole lot better.

Apparently it's not addictive, but it's nice to feel good all the time.

There is a powder form you can put in hot water like a hot tea.

It relieves everything anxiety!

And they even say now if you're having a heart attack to take magnesium to stop it. It's a very important mineral for your heart and can even cause ectopics, chest pain, etc if you're deficient in it.

i always carry a small bottle of natural rescue remedy in my bag its excellant if you feel a panic attack coming on it stops it love julie xxx
