Period came early?

Hey everyone,okay so basically: I have hypochondria,I have been in stress for about 8 months now (of course there are some good times too) anyway,my period is almost always a little late. I mean jeez my last cycle was 42 days. I'm usually getting my period around the 30 day mark.
Now my period has come today and the app i use says its 6 days early. I was on day 27 of my cycle. I'm really scared. I've had two really long cycles in May/June and July-August (42 and 45). Now its back to 27?

Mine does that too.. the odd one here and there of 27 days, but mostly 30-31 days according to my app it happens.. sometimes over 40 days if I've ovulate late for whatever reason. Hopefully it will be a shorter one for you too!

Mine does that all the time! I'll have time periods where its right on schedule 28-32 days, then time periods where its late 40-45 days, then times its early. Something that has been happening to me lately is having really light periods, like never getting past the spotting stage. That is what is freaking me out!
