Brown discharge after period?

Anyone else get this? I'm on day 11 and this morning when I wiped I had brown cervical mucus. I haven't had anymore today. I did have an ultrasound last year of my uterus and ovaries and everything was normal.

IS this a normal thing? I have my PAP next month.

Snap! I posted about the exact same thing. I have a 28 day cycle and on day 10-14 for the past 4 months now I have brown discharge. No pain no blood no bloating just brown discharge

I think it's just the last of your period coming away, that's why the blood is brown... it's old and taking its time Periods rarely come out in one flow, they can stop and start. Mine is brown for days before it gets going properly and will stop for a day towards the end before I'll get that brown stuff again.. Sometimes I'll even go a couple of days and think it's all over before I get the same as what you describe.. Could even be hormones settling back down again

I've had this a few times over the years. Of course it freaked me out, had ultrasounds done and everything showed up clear.
Our bodies are not robots or machines so things like this just happen sometimes. It's just part of life.
Try not to let it stress you, there's usually a very innocent and harmless explanation for it

I always get brown discharge after my period. Sometimes up to a week or more on and off.
