Worried I have oral cancer

I have great concern that I have oral cancer I have many symptoms. Please take a look at the picture and give me your opionion.

Hard as rock lymph node behind ear on head I have slight bleeding where my tounge meets my throat area, behind my molers and in front of my tonsils. I have a consistent very hard lymph node under my jaw one swollen tonsil and a red bump on my tounge and another in my throat beside my uvula. Sore throat hard to swollow been having these symptoms for many months I am a heavy smoker but only 28 years old. I am freaking out and cannot sleep for the last 10 years I have had very poor oral hygiene and smoked a pack a day along with lots of weed. For years I've had sore throat issues sometimes I cannot talk. Does this photo look like cancer? (Attached)

See your GP ASAP because it could be an abscess/infection that will get worse the longer you leave it.

Thank you for the advice. I have been to my gp and dentist and have been sent to an ENT but that's not for 4 weeks and I'm freaking out. I hope all is well I tend to over think this kind of stuff, I will update this blog after I see the specialist. Thanks again

As a survivor of Head and Neck cancer, I can tell you that you would be seeing the ENT a lot sooner if they thought it was something sinister. With me, I had a stat CT and the ENT within a week! This sounds more like CYA (cover your arse) medicine.
