I find that I get ectopics when I've had very little sleep. It makes me more anxious. How are you feeling today? I'm exactly like you. I feel like i'm dying with these daily palps. I stopped the beta blocker, since it was giving me massive headaches, which triggered anxiety and made me worry more.

So the headache stopped when you stopped the beta blocker ?
