Cold, wet feeling, left abdomen

Is it possible to cause internal bleeding via coughing too hard? I was sitting around, coughed a bit and felt a pain in my left side of my abdomen. I wanted to see if it would happen again and coughed a little more and now I feel and on and off cold maybe wet feeling around my left abdomen. Kinda worried my coughing did something.

You can strain or pull a muscle. I’m not sure how you could cause bleeding that way.
