Thank you to everyone that replied to my "so proud" story

Well I am getting better today I drove to the "big town" near me and no problems I haven't driven there on my own (or with anyone else actually ) for about 3 years!!!! I wanted to get some things and the other town my "safe town" is rubbish lol So JFDI I had a lot of encouragement from my ex (thank you ) and also someone else who did good today (thank you ) I thought if they could do it then so could I and I did JFDI.

So thanks for all of you encouragement and support over the last 18 months I am so much better now and hope I can be here to help others. I know I am not "cured" but i am getting there.

im going into my town today but not quite ready to do it on my own (when will i ever be ready if i dont jfdi?!)
but the person im going with cant really be classed as a support person so i think its a step nearer, although this person is a star in my life and i love them lots.
