You’ll be amazed how much better you’ll feel after taking paracetamol.

Mostly these things are worse in the mornings and evenings.

    Are you off work?
Yes I have taken 4 paracetamol per day for ten days and cough medicine as well as vit c. Tried apples too.

I want to be off work I really don’t feel like going but I can’t afford to be off the basic government sick pay isn’t enough to get by so I have struggled to do these shifts, i work 4 days and have 3 off I try and rest on the days off.

There isn't any medication they could give you that would help, Phil. Over the counter painkillers, rest and warm drinks will do the trick.

Vitamin C spread out over the day. Higher doses of it. Taking large doses all in one can mean a lot is wasted simply because the body has a limit how much it can hold at one time. Keeping blood plasma levels up in vitamin C across the day means it's getting used more.

I feel most awful between 4pm and 8pm it’s like clock work. Like my sore stomach and sore back I had months ago I fear this symptom or cold will never shift. Maybe one day I wake up it will be all away but doesn’t seem to be gradual? I’ve not had time to ocd due to feeling poor.

Is it a timed release tablet? Bare in mind RDA's for vitamin C are nonsense and far lower than can be taken.

Take vitamin C with zinc. Or vitamins with zinc.

It’s good you are going to work too.

My fear is this is never going away

Should I expect it to suddenly go away one day? Sadly it’s not happening yet
