Phil, you're not doing anybody any favours by posting here. You don't behave in a way that encourages people to care about you.

It does! I'm so confused think I need to step away for a bit. Good luck with the new job Phil.

Phil, you're gaslighting yourself, not us. We don't have to remember every detail because it's all documented here and on your many other threads. You ask for advice then ignore, rationalise your behaviour/actions (which sadly includes blaming others and/or life circumstances) and continue ruminating ad infinitum.

Your denial is only harming your recovery, not us.

There is no denial. I said I’ve made improvements. Be a shame if I have to delete my topic again to get my point across.

I had some anxiety with moving jobs I believe this is very natural.

Oh, my goodness, Phil, is that a threat?

What do you think you bring to the community here? Why do you think your absence would be a loss?

No I doubt it would be a loss but it’s upto people if they want to reply.

You made the same threat on other sites. Yes, it's up to people if they want to reply but they should note the 13 year history and the other sites you post identical/similar threads. Ironically, the replies are similar if not verbatim on several occasions.

Read it again Phil, she said 'WHY DO YOU THINK YOUR ABSENCE WOULD BE A LOSS?' 'WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU BRING TO THE COMMUNITY HERE?'

You've done this before, 'threatened to leave', whenever you are pushed to consider things and don't like it. I can totally see why all therapy has failed, for this reason and a few others.
