I can only say how I feel. I am here as talking about these issues helps. And I have said I have made progress I’m sure people would rather I came back and posted progress than list more compulsions and fears. I could just vanish from these fourms and not update on my progress but I am not sure that’s the solution either.

You made the same threat on other sites. Yes, it's up to people if they want to reply but they should note the 13 year history and the other sites you post identical/similar threads. Ironically, the replies are similar if not verbatim on several occasions.

You've done this before, 'threatened to leave', whenever you are pushed to consider things and don't like it. I can totally see why all therapy has failed, for this reason and a few others.
