Notice the question mark? That makes it a reassurance seeking post. Try posting without the question mark and make it a statement as opposed to a reassurance seeking question and see what happens.

Yes my fear is I have to be off work. One week off and we don’t get sick pay which means I will struggle to make ends meet. This is what I hate about retail you simply can’t be off or you get paid nothing.

My fear is I am getting no better so what if I still feel ill I may miss my holiday in 3 weeks?

You don't have to answer and rarely do you acknowledge anyway but how does one afford holidays, moving houses, elaborate bachelor parties, big weddings and replacing things on a regular basis working retail?

Maybe it's not all bad living in Scotland then? You wouldn't be able to live like that in the South East of England. It's impossible for many young people to get on the housing ladder, let alone plan fancy holidays.

Yeah, I'm lucky if I can get away for a long weekend in any given year, much less rent privately or fund a mortgage.

Yes I might be lucky compare to English prices

My worry is I can’t afford to take time off work so what do I do? I felt better today then suddenly felt freezing and had to sit by the heater. Last few days have been like this
