    Well you get government sick pay but it’s not even half of a months wage it’s about £300 pounds per month same as being on the job centre so wouldn’t cover my bills.

    I think you have to be off for 4 consecutive days to qualify

    So you still get something which is better than nothing. Also, better than being self-employed where you really do get nothing if you can't work.

    I did manage to go out for 4 hours to the shops today. I was feeling ok but later in the day I tend to feel worse is it progress that I went out?

    I have been obsessing over the washing machine again. A few days ago I worried there was no powder on machine but tonight my partner went to the bin, she usually washes her hands before shutting the door. The door was shut but I’ve went on a journey thinking there is green bin germs on the washing machine as I never seen her wash her hands? It’s probably not true but like the letter box my head believes it? What can I do about these worries?
