I find you tube meditations help me go to sleep

Listening to meditation at night really helps me to drift off to sleep.
I never get to the end and I’m asleep, so I only use meditations that are around 30 mins long...there are so many to choose from. I change them frequently to keep my mind interested....my mind does wander, and I keep bringing it back to listen to the meditation

Attaching a link to one of them here

I use Insight Timer - it's an app. I think it got recommended through here it really works for me. I pick 20 min meditations cos that's how long it takes me to fall asleep

I also use insight timer. It has both a timer and some guided meditations. Headspace is also a good app, but you eventually have to pay for it. I only did the 10 free meditations, but the guys voice is awesome and very calming. I find they are a good intro to meditation and mindfulness and explain it well.

Yes someone else has mentioned headspace to me before, they said it’s good, but don’t fancy eventually paying lol...having said that I shouldn’t rule anything out....and if they are good ..insight timer sounds good will check that out for sure..thank you x

    This video is so good.
It has sounds of a crackling open fire 🔥
I fall asleep quite quickly to this one so thought I’d share 😊
    Just sayin.......
