I have been taking 20mg citalopram for several years now and have recently suffered a period of bad anxiety so advised to increase to 30mg. I am terrified to take it due to the anxiety, any advice or experiences would be much appreciated.

Hi foxy I upped from 20 to 30 and I had no side effects at all. Well I felt no worse than how I was feeling!! Within 5 days I started to feel better! Go for it. It will be worth it promise xxx
