First timer

I am 52 years old with one 18 year old daughter. I began taking Paroxotine about 16 years ago. Began on 10 mg. Went up to 20 about 5 years ago and now just started on 40. I won't go into all of my stress at the moment. But this 40 mg I don't think is working as it should be - I have this weird feeling in the pit of my stomach and I think it is causing headaches. What do ya'll think.
