Hi all,
Has anyone had an internal pile. I have a feeling of pressure. All bowel movements are normal and no blood just a dull ache. Have looked (cannot believe I’ve done this ) and there’s no obvious fissure or pile. It’s just aches mostly when I sit. Anyone help. Wondering if it could be muscular.

Unless you are prepared to shove a finger up your backside you may not be able to see them from just looking.
Get a doctor or nurse to have a look for you.

I’m hoping someone will help me. My problem is that my bottom hurts. Earlier this year I was lifting weights and when I got home had shooting pains up my bottom and then it felt like something was falling out. I went to the doctors who examined me and said it was muscular and would be better in 6 weeks. It was but then 2 weeks ago it just started aching. My bowel movements are normal and there’s no blood it just aches when I walk and sit down. I’m terrified the pain is colorectal cancer. I’m scared to go to doctors. Anyone had anything similar.
