Petechiae spots someone please have these

I've noticed some petechiae spots on my legs arms andd torso, mostly legs. I Google the spots after noticing them and it really freaks me out! Mine aren't really in a rash like the pictures and I've had them for a few days at least. It really scared me and my anxiety has been through the roof recently. My mother is in the hospital from a blood infection and you get these with a blood infection. My girlfriend thinks I'm fine but I'm literally scared I'm gonnaa die. And ther only thing worse than having health anxiety is having health anxiety and no health insurance!

Oh and I noticed these after taking aspirin. Does anyone think that could cause them?

Yes, aspirin can cause petachae.

Thank you for the reply. I a also took a long walk after taking the aspirin I am hoping this is the cause. I'm scared to go to the hospital to get laughed at or told I'm dying. My anxierty is through ther roof
