There is nothing wrong with your uterus. I am not a psychologist but I’m inclined to agree with others who have suggested that your mental anguish is a consequence of your miscarriage. However only a real life mental health professional who has taken a case history is in a position to come to that conclusion. You have been advised over and over again to seek psychological help. I can remember giving you that advice myself weeks and weeks ago. You say you can afford to pay privately to see a counsellor. Do so. I did and it was worth the many thousands of dollars I paid because I am recovered.

U r I'll. Just I'll in your mind. I would bet anything your uterus is find. It's tender because u had a miscarriage and u subjected it to months of exams. It's incredibly sad that you waist your young life abd cause your parents such heat brah. If 1/2 of what u day is true I feel for you. But I am disgusted that you can afford a private cab afford a private therapist and neither you or more relevantly your mother who sees this hasn't gotten one. I am from America but also disgusedted the NHS has no help. I can't really believe it. You are unable to work regularly engaging in self harm. You sound suicidal. It is my belief that you need committment in a mental hospital. With supervision and therapy. Please listen to the people on here. Call
A therapist or a hospital today say you are suicidal. It's not a lie and it would di good. Get help please

I'm not suicidal. I'm trying, somewhat in vain it seems, to SAVE my life.

It really does feel like I'm just living in a bad dream. You know when you have a really nasty dream, where terrible things happen and it seems impossible that anything will ever be ok again, and then you wake up and the relief that actually everything is fine is overwhelming. It feels so much like a bad dream that sometimes I do almost expect to wake up, and for everything to be fine. But it's real. There really is something wrong with my uterus. I'm not going to wake up from that. So I just have to keep plodding on until I get a diagnosis.

Or maybe I already died and this is purgatory.

It is just hard to focus on finding therapy when what I really want is a medical diagnosis. Plus, my attempts at getting into therapy so far have been thwarted. I've told my story to so many people now that it's exhausting. My old therapist didn't really help to be honest, just said I was stuck in the flight or fight cycle, and the early intervention people and my doctor just haven't got an appointment for me.

I could tell my story to a dozen different therapists and it may be that none of them could help.

    I don't know. I don't even know what I'm talking about really.

You are not living your life. At all. You have had multiple tests that says u where find. Before each toy said you'd believe it. I also remember at one point in this thread you saying that u didn't know why you cared if You died. Therapy won't he'll probably because your case is so severe your issues so intense it really seems like you need inpatient care. Why are you so resistant to that. Why do you believe in the evidence of tests to the contrary something is wrong? Why don't you believe however with masses of evidence that it is your mind causing these sensations that that is not true? If you wanted ti recover you'd get help immediately mental health help. But u r trapped in this cycle. I am heart broken for u. What is your mother doing

Because that’s your mindset. That is, that you won’t even seriously consider the possibility that your problem may be psychological. Why go to the effort of finding a therapist when you know that something medically serious will be found wrong with you eventually. What a waste of time, money and effort. You are clearly very intelligent. I would even go as far as to say that you think you are smarter than the average person. You won’t admit that of course but you know that you think it. Perhaps you are smarter than the average person but I can tell you, you are wrong on this.

Because I haven't had any tests that could diagnose what's wrong with me. All I've had is ultrasounds, and they can't see much. I already have first hand experience that they can miss sizeable lumps i.e. when the retained tissue was missed after my MVA. So I don't think it's unreasonable to not trust the diagnostic prowess of an ultrasound.

I don't really think my mum knows what to do.

My suggestion to you would be to get an appointment with a psychiatrist. You would probably have more respect for someone who had to obtain a medical degree before he or she could specialise in mental health.

No, I'm happy to say that I think I'm smarter than the average person. I am. That doesn't really mean anything though, except I can do well on an IQ test. I can obviously still make ridiculous decisions and be wrong about things. Whether I'm wrong or not about this, I don't know. I'm going on my gut instinct, not my intelligence.

Again All I can say is O_O What you are saying is your HA talking to you and it's doing a good job at convincing you that you have a physical problem (when in fact you probably haven't) Ok so you aren't happy with your therapist speak to some one there and say you aren't happy atall. HA is a very powerful condition to deal with yours is no exception! Good luck ATB

I've looked into this before. It seems to be very difficult to get an appointment with a psychiatrist. It's like you can go through the NHS, and wait months, or not at all. I sent some emails out to some private psychiatrists I found a while ago but I didn't follow up. I will look into it again.
