I've been trying to be more positive and structured this month...
As October is nearly at an end what are 3 good things you've done?
1. I write down three things I'm grateful for everyday.. it helps me to see the good in even the most basic (sometimes simple things like a fry up with my partner)
2. Daily habits: bed made, read at least a chapter, drink 2ltrs of water etc
3. I ran a marathon!! Apparently 2nd hardest in U.K. As it was all off road and hilly
