Sertaline and Chest pain ??

I had an awful 5 days my doc started me on sertaline and I got awful chest pain and tightness felt like I couldn't breath (really scared me)
Has anyone had this ??

I've not stopped the sertaline and my docs put me back on my citalopram to start them tomorrow but am still slick up by that horrible chest feeling even though it's stopped now

sorry youre having such a crappy time. Personally I didn't get chest pains or tightness but there seems like there are countless horrid side effects to sertraline! Ive had nausea, headaches, ringing in my ears, weird vision things, stomach problems, fatigue and then trouble sleeping. Fun Fun Fun!
