Pancreatic cancer worries

I’ve been having stomach issues among other things for a while. I had an upper ultrasound last year to look at my gallbladder which just showed a lot of gas.

Would this ultrasound have highlighted any problem with my pancreas too?

I’m having pain across the top of my abdomen and under right and left ribs. Also lots of other general unwell feelings. Upper back pain between shoulder blades etc. I had a severe attack in summer last year which resulted in the ultrasound. Was just told it was gas or acid and ibs.
