Does anyone here not have panic attacks and rather just have symptoms that change on a daily basis with some that are consistent each day?

I have just wondering if anyone has the symptoms without having the attacks , I figured many have symptoms and attacks
I never have panic attacks. I do have severe anxiety and OCD, and possibly PTSD. Funnily, right now, my anxiety isn't that bad even though I truly do suspect I have cervical cancer or CIN (got some pretty compelling symptoms, not just craziness!) I I'm sure I'll get anxious again if/when I'm diagnosed though. My OCD is also very extreme at the moment though.
I think I did have a panic attack once, maybe more than once. Very rapid heart rate, hyperventilating, feeling faint, tunnel vision. It didn't really alarm me though. I knew I was just experiencing a physical response to anxiety. When you know that, it doesn't seem so bad.
What does alarm me is real physical symptoms not caused by anxiety that are as yet undiagnosed.
I sometimes get panic attacks but not frequently. Rather I get attacks of intense anxiety which is different from a panic attack I think as I don't get the racing heart etc. I think pretty much everyone here has symptoms that change regularly. Most of us also find it hard to accept that it can be anxiety that's causing all these horrible symptoms.
Are you doing anything to treat your anxiety?

You know that's not enough time to allow it to work and Valium is just a quick fix . I suggest speaking to your GP about it. It's apparent by your post history that the natural route isn't working and you need some help.
