With the amount of bruises of varying colours I have found on my body without me knowing how I got them over the years I would definitely know if it was something sinister by now. It seems I always have a new one, admittedly I’m not the most graceful individual on the planet so it’s not a surprise.

I literally had a large yellow bruise on my breast a few months ago and of course freaked out over nothing! Ugh! Give it a week and it will be gone!
