Does the effects of diazepam build up over time?

So quick one if I took 2x5mg Valium for the next 3 days would that lower my anxiety levels ready for a flight better than just taking 10mg in the morning of the flight?

It would help the build up to take some the days before but that's a pretty high dose. 10mg would knock me right out!

I have a bit of tolerance for sedating meds as I am on seroquel, mirtazapine and buspirone . I can get up take 10mg and go on with my day so I’m thinking 10mg day before , 10mg morning of flight etc
