Pains in right side of chest/shoulder

I’ve had this pain all day. It’s not a terrible pain but it is noticeable. It’s mainly when I’m sitting still or if I cough/sniff. It goes from middle to right of my chest and up into my left shoulder. I’m really worried as I’m home alone with my daughter. I know heart issues tend to be felt on the left side but I’m still a bit concerned. Am I right to be worried? I don’t recall pulling the muscle there although it does kind of feel like a pulled muscle combined with trapped wind and shooting pains.

I wouldn't think so at all. Not at your age anyway (assuming born in 89).
