Hello, my anxiety starts 7 month ago with fear that I will not be able to sleep and will end up having psychosis, however, a few days later with help of googleI became really obsessed with idea that I might be hearing voices or hallucinating, so I start questioning my own senses like what I hear or feel is real or not, if I hear a sound of car outside my house I would go out to see for sure there is a car out there, this kind of expereince was really like hell. within a day I would have multiple panic attacks. although anxiety disorders are quite frustrating exposure therapy works like magic in my case. the good things I quit smoking start a regular exercise and start to readjust my self to the world. so I join this forum to meet people who suffer from the same thing so we can find our way out together
