Thread: Memory

  1. #1

I've noticed that there have been some changes in my memory. For example, I sometimes can't find the right word to say (happens daily), but I do remember it after a while. Or, I'll forget what I was just thinking about (for example, I want to sing a song after I've finished the one I'm singing now, but I'll forget it afterwards). Is this normal? I have a small health anxiety, not that big that I have panic attacks.
Also, this doesn't really distract my work, but I still want to make sure.

The fact that you're noticing suggests it's not true memory loss. It sounds like you're being hyper sensitive to things that everybody experiences everyday to me.

That’s normal for everyone even without anxiety.
