Recently, I found a red patch of skin on my face. I'd say of about a 3cm radius.
And because I'm a hypochondriac I think it's skin cancer.
I'd really appreciate it if anyone answered.

I would give it time to go away but get it checked if it's not gone in a month. Usually, these things do go away.
