I am fifty years old and always have had anxiety in some form or another, but recently its just got out of control. I suffer from every anxiety under the sun, health anxiety, social anxiety, ocd,.I have just started with therapy and have also been put on medication, Propranolol and venlafaxine. Ive only been on them for under a week and i want them just to hurry up and work. I always have to have something to worry about. My big problem at the moment is having to take my tablets. Strange as it sounds i have a real phobia about pills. I think im going to accidently take too many, or else forget to take them. Its all i can think about. Im thinking of getting my husband to hide them and he can give them out when i need them.
