palpitations and dizzyness

Hi all, I have suffered with health anxiety in the past but seem to have it under control at the moment until.....
Today when I was doing the food shop and I had heart palpitations for about 10 secs and awful dizzyness.

Now I'm scared, I've had them in the past. like a year ago but it's really freaked me out this time.

Is it normal to to feel so dizzy, I thought I was going to pass out. I've made an appointment with my dr but can't get in until the middle of December.

I wasn't anxious about anything at the time, in fact I was quite happy, but now I'm shaky but I think thats due to the anxiety of it all.

Anyone else suffer with this, especially the dizzyness with it.

I've had this a few times, followed by dizziness, pulps are actually really normal sometimes so I was told, and the dizziness was prob your anxiety reacting to it as your a lot more sensitive to a new "thing" happening with your body.
