Hi everybody... i am 53 yeah old male from Germany, just love this forum and decided to join. I suffer from OCD mainly Pure-O, i was really better and actually in a setback, but i dont loose hope.

Looking forward to give and get some good advices.

@OznaxWell Pure O´s are defined as a part of OCD, Pure Obsessions, though
Mental Compulsions can happen. Hope i could help...
