Hi everyone just introducing myself here
I'm a 44 yr old male from Kent who has some anxiety issues which I won't go into now but will probably let out on a post or a reply to someone's post
Have been reading some threads on this site to which has brought me here to join as I can relate to some things here and hopefully can help myself and maybe others!!
