Hello, I'm 37 year old male from Texas. Been dealing with mild anxiety issues since my early 20's probably. Even though I didn't recognize them as such back then. Seems to be getting worse with age... especially health anxiety. I always come to this site when I'm having a rough time and reading the posts always helps so I figured I might as well join and participate finally. Looking forward to being apart of the community here.
