Hi

I have recently started to take Escitalopram 5mg daily (for the 2nd time this year) The last time I took it and increased the dose to 15mg but due to sexual dysfunction and feeling better I stopped taking it . My anxiety has recently spiralled out of control so I have decided to take some time off work and start again.
Has anyone just took 5mg and felt a benefit without increasing to the recommended 10mg therapeutic level ? Thanks in advance
